Try our Free Yoga Booty Ballet Class
Jo's Footwork is offering a new ab sculpting, butt busting, cardio workout class meant to melt your pounds away while toning your body- Yoga Booty Ballet! All together it is a dynamic fusion of yoga, booty sculpting, and cardio dance that will get you the body you've dreamed of. It follows the ABC format and targets your abs with yoga, your booty with ballet, and cardio dance will help you lose your excess weight fast.
If you are a little leery of the concept try a FREE class on Saturday, August 27th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Just call ahead to reserve your spot! Just wear loose fitted clothing, gym shoes, and bring a floor mat (also known as a sticky mat). If you don't have a floor mat just let us know and we will be happy to lend you one- but you have to call and let us know!
